I just watched the incredible launch of the SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket, and the side by side landing of two of the boosters. It looked like something you could only see in a movie, but there it was in real life. So this happy hour is dedicated to progress in space flight. You just know that some day there will be a cache on the moon. Or Mars.
For the non-regulars here's the scoop...
This is a very laid back monthly gathering at our favorite local place. We meet in a no-smoking, sports and Irish themed restaurant with happy hour specials on some appetizers and drinks. I reserve tables starting at 4:30, but you can wander in whenever. Usually there are still a handful of us still around at 7. Quite a few people eat dinner, but you don't have to.
Don't let the happy hour thing fool you. This is a very family friendly restaurant so you can feel comfortable bringing your kids if you'd like.
