Geocache Description:

"I am on a curiosity voyage and I need my paddles to travel. These books—these books are my paddles. I need my paddles!"

Chapter Five: The Fitzroy and the Park

Type:Nightcache and TTC

Task:Set the bearing, light up the torch

 and take it from there

Gear:Smartphone which can read 2D codes, a torch

 and tree climbing gear

The Cache

This is a letterbox hybrid cache. It is basically a multi- cache with a stamp in the final container. Please leave the stamp in the cache since it is not a normal trade item. If you want to find out more about letterbox hybrids, check out the Geocaching Help Centre.

Now let's get right into it, shall we? This is a nightcache which means the first four tasks are not at the location where the GPS is leading you but you have to look for a yellow reflector instead. The coordinates to the next task are close-by in a 2D code.

First task: Head from the listed coordinates into direction 235° TN and shine your torch left and right. If you bump onto the hospital ground, you've gone too far. The 2D code is on the backside

Second to Fourth task: Follow the coordinates and instructions provided at the previous task. You are looking for yellow reflectors.

Final Cache: The cache is at the coordinates provided in the previous task. There is no need for spot-lighting the neighbourhood. Given tree climbing in the dark is extremely dangerous, you might want to leave this for the next morning and head to the pub instead after task 4.

Now if you're done with your curiosity voyage, return the paddles and free to write about your journey and post some pictures. I'm more interested in a good log than a favourite point ;o)

Eleven are you out there?

It's coming ...
