Do you feel the knead to feed? Welcome to the garden of gourmet doughnuts prepared at Queenie's, celebrity chef Tim Love's downtown Denton restaurant.

Let's dispel the misguided notion that doughnuts are only a breakfast food. On Friday and Saturday nights, Denton's hippest doughnut venture serves specialty fry bread gold from the back of the city's finest steakhouse between 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM.

These aren't your father's fritters — they're the decadent culinary creations you'd expect from a restaurant that once served chicken-fried lobster (RIP). Little d's late-night doughnut hole in the wall prepares sweet and savory options, such as Love burger, strawberry cheesecake, meatloaf, blood orange custard, Texas chili, salted caramel, Nutella cream, chips & queso, chocolate mousse, buffalo chicken, cookies and cream, key lime pie, raspberry chocolate, blueberry jam and BBQ pulled pork.

Come around to the back dough for the low-down on dough-town. These whimsical concoctions are what other doughnuts aspire to be when they grow up.

The event officially begins at midnight, but to ensure you get a doughnut, the line forms at 11:00 PM. The cost is $4 and is cash only.
