Park in hospital parking lots, and be careful not to park in the spots closest to cache - those are for the ambulances and ER drop off. The hospital's security office overlooks the cache area, and security is aware of why you're here and what you're seeking, but be cautious of muggles in the area so the cache container does not "walk off."
