Vincent van Gogh
Vincent van Gogh is een van de bekendste Nederlandse schilders. Hij leefde van 1853 tot 1890. Vanaf december 1883 woont Vincent van Gogh (hij is dan 30) twee jaar bij zijn ouders in Nuenen. Hij legt zich daar volledig toe op het schilderen. Hij maakt in Nuenen maar liefst een kwart van zijn totale oeuvre. Geïnspireerd door de natuur en de eenvoudige mens resulteren zijn experimenten uiteindelijk in De aardappeleters, zijn eerste meesterwerk.
De virtual
Deze virtual start in het park en maakt een wandeling langs: de oude lindeboom, het wevershuisje, Van Gogh Monument en het Van Goghkerkje. Laat je verrassen door de mooie wandeling en treed in de voetsporen van Vincent van Gogh. Tijdens de wandeling staan hier en daar plekken gemarkeerd met ‘luisterzuilen’. Hier is nog extra info op te lezen en te beluisteren, wat deze wandeling nog leuker maakt.
Opdrachten:
1. Zoek in het park (WP1) het kunstwerk 'De aardappeleters'.
Maak een foto van jezelf, je team, je mascotte of gps met dit beeld en plaats deze bij je log.
Je hoeft niet herkenbaar op de foto te staan, maar dit zou wel leuk zijn.
2. Zoek in het park (WP1) het standbeeld van Vincent van Gogh.
Aan de zijkant van het beeld staat een tekst. Neem het 3e woord op de bovenste regel. Dit is [A]
3. Bezoek het Van Gogh Monument (WP2)
Op de ring van het Monument staat een tekst met cijfers. Neem de laatste 2 cijfers van de ring. Dit is [BC]
4. Bezoek het Van Goghkerkje (WP3)
Op de poort van de ingang hangt een licht grijs bord. Neem de eerste 2 cijfers op dit bord. Dit is [DE]
Om deze Virtual als found te loggen, ga je als volgt te werk:
Zet je gevonden antwoorden achter elkaar [ABCDE]. Dit is de oplossing. Stuur een mailtje naar ABCDE@gmail.com. (Op de plaats van ABC... zet je dus je gevonden antwoorden neer).
Belangrijk! Zet je teamnaam in het onderwerp. Als je antwoord goed is, krijg je automatisch bericht dat je mag loggen, uiteraard met je foto!

Vincent van Gogh
Vincent van Gogh is one of the most famous Dutch painters. He lived from 1853 to 1890. From December 1883 Vincent van Gogh lived with his parents in Nuenen for two years, he is 30 years old at the time. He devotes his time fully to painting. He painted about a quarter of all his work in Nuenen. Inspired by nature and simple human beings, his experiments finally result in his first masterpiece: ‘De Aardappeleters’ (Potato Eaters).
The virtual
This virtual starts in the parc, leading you through: the old linden tree, a small weavers house, Van Gogh Monument and the Van Gogh church. Let this nice walk give you a nice impression and step into the footsteps of Van Gogh. During this walk you'll find several marked area’s with a ‘listening pillar’. Here you can find more information about the location, which will make the walk even more interesting.
Assignments:
In order to log this cache as a found you’ll need to fulfill the following assignments:
1. Find the sculpture ‘De aardappeleters’ (The Potato Eaters) in the park (WP1).
Make a picture of yourself, your team, your mascot or GPS with the above sculpture on it.
You don't have to be recognizable on the picture, but it would be appreciated.
2. Find the statue of Vincent van Gogh in the park (WP1).
On the side of the statue a text can be found, take the 3rd word of the top line. This is [A]
3. Visit the Van Gogh Monument (WP2).
A text with digits can be found on the bottom ring of the monument, take the last two digits. This is [BC]
4. Visit the Van Gogh Church (WP3).
You'll find a light grey sign on the wooden entrance gate, take the first 2 digits from this sign. This is [DE]
