Geocache Description:

This is the coolest most interesting rock formation East of the Mississippi and arguably the entire continent. No passport required to see this bizarre geologic feature because it has been hiding here under our noses! Us kids growing up here called it Dinosaur Rock. It is a sandstone ball 12 ft in diameter and layered like an onion. I am no geologist but if you know one bring him along. It is most likely a concretion.

You will want to follow McQuillen road to the abandon house and then turn right and follow the logging road. You will need 4WD or off road vehicle. For those hiking in the best parking is at the end of Shriver Ave. There is recent logging activity in the area so beware. In time it shall pass. Also recent storms have downed many trees and there is a tree down at the GZ which will make access a little difficult. To log the find you must post a photo of it or post a photo of your GPS coordinates.
