Un évènement s'est produit, à l'église de Rampieux, suite à la loi du 09 décembre 1905 instituant la séparation de l'église et de l’État. Les inventaires des biens ecclésiastiques, organisés par les services de l’État, vont créer des tensions parfois violentes.
Le 16 mars 1906, la population munie de fusils de chasse tente de s'opposer à cet inventaire. La porte défoncée garde encore les stigmates de cet événement qui a heurté les paroissiens de l'époque.
An event took place at the church of Rampieux, following the law of December 9, 1905 instituting the separation of church and state. The inventories of ecclesiastical goods, organized by the services of the State, will create tensions, sometimes violent.
On March 16, 1906, the population equipped with shotguns attempted to oppose this inventory. The broken door still retains the stigma of this event which struck the parishioners of the time.
