Fifty-eight years ago, on August 21, 1959, Hawaii became the 50th state to join the Union.

The wife and I recently visited Hawaii. I hosted my first event while I was there. It was less than successful. I was the only attendee.

We felt that it would be fun hosting a Hawaiian themed event and I thought I would have better success hosting an event closer to my home turf.
