This cache is hidden in the forest and showcasing an useless building. But the building does not stand there because this building were never built.
You need a lot of stuff when you are going to build a house. You need isolation, a heating system, a roof, wood that carries the whole construction, plasterboards and so on...
The coordinates given to the different stages can be inaccurate, but most of the stages are rather obvious objects once you are close to them. Talking of stages, I won't tell you how many stages this cache has, but the hint mentions "stage 3" so there must at least be 3 stages. Talking of hints: the picture above is taken really close to stage 1 and at that stage you do not need to climb that tall object.
The attributes says "teamwork required", it is much more fun, easier and safer if you do not search for this alone. If you are good at bouldering, then you can do this alone without equipment, otherwise you probably need some assistant from a friend or equipment.
