CÉCS - CANADA150 Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

onecrazycanadian: Hi,

The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since my last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken or if the owner has confirmed the cache is still in place. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. If the owner does happen to complete the maintenance required and wish to activate the cache again just let me know and I will consider unarchiving it once the issue is resolved.

Thanks!

CONSEIL ÉCONOMIQUE ET COOPÉRATIF DE LA SASKATCHEWAN – CANADA150

* Please BYOP * You are looking for a small bison tube.

Saskatchewan people have created a number of the most powerful cooperatives in the world and the Fransaskois can boast that they contributed a great deal to the genesis and the prosperity of Credit Unions.

The Conseil économique et coopératif de la Saskatchewan (CÉCS), formerly the Conseil coopératif de la Saskatchewan,  is at the core of this movement.

The first rural credit union in the province was created in Laflèche in 1938. Subsequently, several credit unions were created, using Laflèche as a model.

In 1946, several cooperators met to create their own cooperative organization. The CÉCS was created in 1947 and since then, it has been the organization representing Francophone economic development in Saskatchewan.
