This is another in our E'Ville series, at a public art sculpture along side one of the several biotechnology industry sites that have spread kind of virally around Emeryville in the last couple decades.
This is a recycled cache somewhere along-side a massive building full of biotech laboratories which also has cool public art both at this location as well as in the publicly accessible sculpture garden up the staircase from the GZ. When we first moved to the neighborhood this site was occupied by some old warehouses inhabitted by small businesses including artists, Burning Man folks, musicians (Leatherboot Dad used to sonically thrash in one of these in the wee hours) and a guy who resold used tennis shoes in Africa. Anyway, they are all gone now, and it's science time, though the scientists are known to also express themselves creatively and you might see some interesting post-it note art in the windows above the GZ. **Thanks to W00fle who generously conceded this site to Leatherboot Kid after Kid accidently found the final of W00fle's earlier multicache here while scouting this placement. **
