A chance to meet other geocachers and exchange trackables in Selva
I (Tesstraveller) am a Swedish geocacher working as a trekking guide in different countries around the world. This summer I will be spending some time in Selva, Val Gardena, and would love to get to meet other geocachers, both locals and visitors. The date for the event also coincides more or less with my six month celebration as a geocacher. Therefore I have decided to host my first event ever! Those who wish to attend the event will meet at 6 PM (18.00) at the listed coordinates, in the playground and slacklining park opposite the Gran Baita Hotel in Selva, Val Gardena. I will be there with the logbook until 6.15 PM, waiting for people to show up. Hopefully there will be other participants coming so we can make an evening of it, however, I can not stay longer than 7.30 PM at the latest, because of work. Feel free to bring trackables to exchange or be discovered. Or maybe a slackline if someone is skilled in this fine art of balancing? The idea is to meet up and have fun and make new friends. Maybe even take a walk and log a cache or two? Hope to see you soon!
