Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache. Coordinates start in the parking lot and you have to solve the puzzle to find the cache.

This geocache is located near the Port of Ludington Maritime Museum (PLMM) and the United States Coast Guard Station (USCG). The Port of Ludington, at one point in time, was the busiest port in all of West Michigan. The SS. Badger departs twice a day carrying passengers and vehicles to Manitowoc, Wisconsin and back. www.visitludington.com www.ludingtonmaritimemuseum.org

The cache coordinates are N 43 57.1AB, W 86 27.5CD. Solve the puzzle for A,B,C,D by following the sidewalk to the first bronze sculpture. (A)= the number of barrels on the sculpture. (B)= the number of feed sacks minus the number of people on the sculpture. (C)= the number of feet that the "Abbie" drafted in the water. To solve the value of D continue along the sidewalk to the second bronze sculpture. (D)= the number of fishing rods on the sculpture minus 2. Now you have what you need, proceed along the path by the water to the cache. No rock climbing or going across the ropes onto USCG property is necessary. Please rehide the cache exactly as you found it.
