Ferdinand-Alphonse Turgeon
As a young lawyer from the Prince Albert region, Ferdinand-Alphonse Turgeon was appointed Attorney General of Saskatchewan on September 24, 1907, 18 days before he was first elected to the Legislative Assembly.
He left politics in 1921 when was appointed Justice of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeals, a position he held until he was named Chief Justice in 1938. Following his retirement from the Court in 1941, he served as Canadian Ambassador to several different countries.
Lionel Philias Coderre
After graduating from the Collège Mathieu in Gravelbourg, Lionel Philias Coderre worked as a nurse in Weyburn from 1935 to 1937 and then joined the Canadian Armed Forces.
He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in 1951 and served as Minister of Labor, of Co-operative Development, and of Public Works. He retired from political life in 1971.

Ferdinand-Alphonse Turgeon
Jeune avocat de la région de Prince-Albert, Ferdinand-Alphonse Turgeon sera d’abord élu député fédéral en 1904, puis nommé juge à la Cour suprême de la Saskatchewan en 1907. Le 24 septembre 1907, 18 jours avant son élection à l’Assemblée législative de la Saskatchewan, il est nommé procureur général de la province.
En 1921 il laisse tomber la politique. Il occupera de nombreux rôle prestigieux par la suite, comme Juge-en-chef de la Saskatchewan et ambassadeur du Canada dans de nombreux pays.
Lionel Philias Coderre
Après ses études au Collège Mathieu de Gravelbourg, Lionel Philias Coderre, travaille comme infirmier à Weyburn de 1935 à 1937, moment où il se joint aux Forces Armées canadiennes.
Élu pour la première fois à l’Assemblée législative de la Saskatchewan en 1951, il sera ministre du Travail, du Développement coopératif, et des Travaux publics. Il prendra sa retraite de la vie politique en 1971.
