Join us at Hougen Park
For The BC Geocaching Association’s
Annual General Meeting

DATE: Saturday, June 10th
TIME: Registration begins at 4:30pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 5:00pm. We should be done by 6:00pm
LOCATION: Hougen Park on Cole Road, Abbotsford

~ Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members are permitted to vote.
~ The agenda will include the results of the electronic voting on the new bylaws, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.
