Geocache Description:

Number 600 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

To find this cache you need a Wherigo enabled GPS device or a smartphone that has a compatible App.

I have wanted to set a Wherigo cache for some time and after completing a few Reverse Caches recently, I thought I would set on of my own

Make sure you read all of the cache page before setting out.

Wherigo Reverse Caches were inspired by the original "The First Reverse Cache"

The cartridge for the Wherigo version was developed by -Waldmeister- and has been re-used in many different caches.

At the given coordinates you will find the Postbox.
You will need to note the Postbox number BNx yz

To find this cache, you need to download this Wherigo cartridge to your device from , press "PLAY" and type in these codes to activate the cartridge:

0(y-x)8y00

5y5x0y

11yz80

You will then be the owner of a Reverse-Cache-Box, which will not give you coordinates but rather indicate the distance to the final/geocache.

Your task is to find the geocache using the box as little as possible for checking the distance.

Be sure to take the code with you, as you might need it if there is a problem with your device.

When you reach the final, you will be given some statistics, and a personal password which will enable you to "create" your own reverse cache wherever you want in the world. Don't forget to tell -Waldmeister- about your plans.

The Fine Pair series was originally started by wizardsmum but is now managed by mattd2k

If anybody would like to place 'A Fine Pair' of their own please do. I would just ask that you first visit www.afinepair.co.uk to request a number to avoid any duplication

mattd2k also keeps a public Bookmark List of this series. Once your cache is published please contact him via geocachingafinepair@gmail.com to have yours added
