Hydčická lípa
Hydčická lípa je druhým památným stromem, který Vám chceme představit.
Jedná se o lípu srdčitou nebo též zvanou lípu malolistou (Tilia cordata), je to statný opadavý listnatý strom s košatou, vysoko klenutou korunou, který dorůstá 30 a více metrů z čeledi slézovitých. Strom je v evidenci památných stromů Agentury ochrany přírody a krajiny ČR pod číslem 102441. Přirozeně se vyskytuje po celé Evropě s výjimkou severní poloviny Skandinávie a nejjižnějších koutů Evropy. Roste také na Korsice, Kavkaze a Krymském poloostrově. Roste hojně v listnatých a smíšených lesích od nížin do nižších horských poloh, v horách nad 900 m n.m. však většinou zcela chybí.
Strom naleznete u vsi Malé Hydčice, jihozápadně od Horažďovic. Tuto lípu najdete růst na louce na levém břehu náhonu pod mlýnem v Malých Hydčicích, v nadmořské výšce 435 m. Stáří stromu je odhadováno na 250 let, s obvodem kmene 447 cm, průměrem koruny 21 m a celkovou výškou 25 m, údaje jsou z měření z roku 1977. Lípa je chráněna od roku 1978 pro svůj vzrůst a věk s ochranným pásmem o poloměru 10 m. Zdravotní stav je dobrý a při měření v roce 2010 byl obvod kmene 545 cm. Za nejstarší živou lípu malolistou v České republice je považována Žeberská lípa odhadované stáří je přes 700 let.
Pojmenování souvisí s blízkostí obce Malé Hydčice. Malé Hydčice jsou malá ves ležící na levém břehu řeky Otavy, dnes část obce Malý Bor. Nedaleko se nachází také Velké Hydčice. Obec Velké Hydčice se nachází v okrese Klatovy, kraj Plzeňský, na pravém břehu řeky Otavy necelé 4 km jihozápadně od Horažďovic. Samo slovo Hydčice je jméno slovanského původu a vyjadřuje ves lidí Hýdkových.
Keš
Keš je umístěna až za ochranným pásmem památného stromu, proto u stromu nehledejte a hlavně strom v žádné části nepoškozujte. Z parkoviště P1 se vrátíte a za mostkem odbočíte vpravo. Po této cestě se dostanete až k památnému stromu. Odtud budete pokračovat dál po cestě směrem na Horažďovice, až k samotné schránce.

Hydcice Lime Tree
Hydcice lime tree is the second memorable tree we want to introduce to you.
It is a heart-shaped linden, or also called the small-leaved linden (Tilia cordata), a deciduous deciduous tree with a coffin, a high arched crown that grows 30 or more meters from the family of the mallow. The tree is in the record of memorable trees of the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic under the number 102441. It naturally occurs all over Europe with the exception of the northern half of Scandinavia and the southernmost corners of Europe. It also grows in Corsica, the Caucasus and the Crimean peninsula. It grows abundantly in deciduous and mixed forests from the lowlands to the lower mountain ranges, in the mountains above 900 m above sea level. However, it is mostly absent.
You can find the tree near Malé Hydčice, southwest of Horazdovice. This linden can be found on a meadow on the left bank of a drive under the mill in Maly Hydcice, at an altitude of 435 m. The age of the tree is estimated at 250 years, the trunk circumference is 447 cm, the diameter of the crown is 21 m and the total height is 25 m. 1977. Linda has been protected since 1978 for its growth and age with a protection zone with a radius of 10 m. The state of health is good and when measured in 2010 the trunk circumference was 545 cm. As the oldest live lilac in the Czech Republic, the Zebris linden is considered to be over 700 years old.
The naming is related to the proximity of the village of Male Hydcice. Male Hydcice is a small village lying on the left bank of the river Otava, today part of the village Maly Bor. Also nearby is Velke Hydcice. Velke Hydcice is located in the district of Klatovy, Plzensky kraj, on the right bank of the river Otava, 4 km southwest of Horazdovice. The very word Hydcice is the name of Slavic origin and expresses the village of Hydka.
Cache
If the cache is located behind the protection zone of the memorable tree, so do not look for the tree and do not damage the tree in any way. From place P1 you return and turn right behind the bridge. After this journey, you will reach the memorable tree. From here you will continue on the way to Horažďovice, to the mailbox itself.
