The large radar-looking deflectors along the dyke are actually range markers installed during WW2. They assisted in aiming heavy artillery for coastal defence, in support of bases at Fort Steveston (Garry Point Park), Spanish Banks, and Stanley Park.
This is a large lock & lock container hidden from plain view. As with all geocaches hide the cache as you found it. This can be a high traffic area, stealth required!
