First, please do not climb on the platform. It is NOT up there. I discovered this area when I was trying to avoid a traffic jam. Serendipity. There is a growing artists community in this neighborhood, and it seems that I discover something new with every visit. You are very close to the Eastern Market (my original destination) and the Dequinder Cut. Explore if you have time.
There is ample room for parking. Please do not climb on the platform. Just admire from the ground. The cache is pretty standard. My goal was simply to share this discovery. A little messy here, but I avoided the worst of it, so it should be an easy grab.
