Grave Hop Virtual Cache

This cache has been archived.

rick47: It is a sad day having to Archive a cache with 68% Favorites/Premium Logs. I hope you'll still down load the game book and use it as a tinplate for your own event. Some of the graves are on private property. since this is over 15 years old we don't know if we still have permission form owners.

Geocache Description:

Grave Hop

We have located the graves of famous and some not so famous characters here in the Ozarks. You are invited to share this unique history while Geocaching.

This is a mutlple cache. This was an Event held in Oct. 2002. Everyone one had such a good time, I've been asked to put it up as a cache.

You'll have to print out the Game Book to play. The Game Book (40 pages)is a large Adobe Acrobat PDF file. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to print it out.

The Game book will have a Game Card with thirty plus caches of a grave nature. It will have a fact sheet for each with some history, its location and the number of points it is worth. Points are given each cache depending on driving distance and difficulty.

When you have twenty points, log the find. Have fun!! P.S. We hope that you will add a grave location that you have found to be of interest in your log. Thanks to FRIED OKRA for houseing the book.

Do Not use coordinates at top of page, down load the book. "Old Man Johnson" does not exists, do not try to find that one
