***The Letterbox is NOT located inside the fenced area of the museum...it can be accessed 24 hours a day, and is outside of the fence***
Kathryn Lynn Meadows was born on December 14, 1965, to Joe and Carole Lynn Meadows. She was a student at The University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississipi, at the time of her death on April 12, 1984. Lynn is buried at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport, Mississippi.
The cache is located on the grounds of a museum that is dedicated to inspiring children, families, and communities through interactive educational experiences and exploration. This was the first children's museum in the State of Mississippi.
You are looking for a letterbox hybrid that is within easy reach of most children and adults. The container actually says "Letterbox" on it, so that should make it easier to spot. There is a lock on the container, and the combination is in the Hint section of the cache listing. Inside you will find a stamp, an ink pad, and a log book. Please replace those items back in the letterbox when you are done. If you have your own stamp, you can stamp the log book...if not, you should at least try to draw something. If you have no artistic talent, then you can always sign your name as with other types of caches.
If you have children, this would be a great place to bring them for a great educational experience. I brought my own daughter here from the time she was born in 1999, just a year after the museum opened.
Congratulations to bunibear65 for First to Find!
