The Baytown Youth Fair was founded in 1960. Holding true to it's Texas roots, the annual Baytown Youth Fair and Rodeo (and concert!) is here every April. It is complete with a beauty pageant, cookoff, and a variety of livestock shows. This pavillion not only hosts Youth Fairs, it also sports the Baytown Rodeo complete with bull riding and musical performances. In addition, the facility's year round programs give youth an opportunity for training in leadership and sportsmanship, while providing scholarships along the way. The BYF also promotes improvement of livestock in the community.
