Geocache Description:

WESTERHAM TO LIMPSFIELD CHART CIRCUIT

This is the first of a series of 24 caches forming a circuit from Westerham to Limpsfield Chart.

The full circuit is approx 5 miles but it can easily be shortened to a circuit of 4 miles by going straight from #10 to #16 or even 2.5 miles by going straight from #5 to #19.

The route mostly follows well-marked footpaths but parts of it do become seriously muddy in wet weather, wellies might be a good choice after any period of heavy rain!

Don't try to do the circuit in reverse as you'll have to backtrack to complete the multi's.

There is a bonus cache for which you will need to collect clues located in the other caches around the series. You should still be able to find the bonus cache even if you only do the shortened versions of the series.

None of the caches contain pens, please bring you own writing implement.

There is a large car park near the first cache but it has a 6' height restriction. If starting here, refreshments are available half way around at the pub in Limpsfield Chart and there's a church micro available there as a bonus! It's around 10 minutes walk west from #12 (along a busy road - not much fun) or from #13 (via good footpaths).

Alternatively, you can park at Scearn bank and start with #12 or #13. Refreshments will then be possible in Westerham between #20 and #21. The bonus cache is still obtainable when starting here (Assuming you find all the caches on the way!).

Many thanks to Amberel for honouring this series with his Top Cache Award:
