Stade nautique Eugène Maës
Le stade nautique Eugène Maës est un établissement multi-activités situé à Caen. Géré par la communauté d'agglomération Caen la Mer, il a une vocation à la fois sportive et de loisirs. Il est implanté au cœur de Caen dans le quartier de la Prairie face au stade Hélitas et à côté du centre de congrès de Caen. Il reçoit près de 320000 visiteurs chaque année. Il est doté à l’extérieur d’un bassin olympique de 50 mètres, huit couloirs ouverts toute l’année 7 jours sur 7 (à l'exception du premier janvier, premier mai, premier novembre et 25 décembre).
Il a été renommé en l'honneur d'Eugène Maës, qui possédait une école de natation sur les bords de l'Orne avant sa mort en déportation.
Conçu par les architectes Thomas Bernard, architecte d’opération et Jean Guervilly, le concepteur du projet, il comprend des:

The aquatic sports center Eugène Maës is an establishment multi-activities situated in Caen. Managed by the conurbation Caen the Sea, he has a vocation at the same time sports and of leisure activities. He is implanted at the heart of Caen in the district of the meadow in front of stade Hélitas and next to the center of congress at the heart of Caen. He receives 320000 visitors every year. He is endowed outside of an Olympic pond of 50 meters, eight corridors opened all year long 7 days a week (with the exception of January 1, May 1, November 1 and December 25th).
He was renamed in honor of Eugène Maës, who possessed a swimming school on the edges of the Orne before its death in deportation.
