VILLAGE SIGN WOODRISING
WOODRISING is a small village and parish, 2½ miles from Hingham, and contains only 129 inhabitants, and 1363 acres of land. John Weyland, Esq., is lord of the manor and owner of the soil, and resides at Woodrising Hall, a neat modern mansion in a small park.
