Your host for this months event is Lyndsey (LyndseyW85), and we have been given the 'Sports Bar' space within the pub itself from 6pm till 9pm, however we are welcome to stay in the pub for as long as we like- though it does close at 11pm. There is a large car park for the premises so plenty of space for us to fill.
Everyone is welcome, and if this will be the first event you have attended dont worry we are a friendly bunch! There will be the usual Geocaching chat and puzzle hints being given, as well as the ample raffle from Jackie (Geojaxx) and the discovering and swapping of Geocoins and trackables.
As this pub is part of a large chain, you are able to order a wide variety of food- could you please indicate on your 'Will Attend' log whether you will be eating or not, and if you are able to could you please call The Manor House with your food preorders from the menu on their website (http://www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk/locations/manor-house-portsmouth) mentioning 'The Geocaching Party' when you do so, as this will help them out a great deal and will ensure that they have what you are wanting to eat.
Children are welcome at The Manor House, however I have been asked that they leave the premises by 10pm.
