Artefact of Power Hotels are Dark Caches where you can find and exchange objects that can aid you in your quest to find other Dark Caches. They can be objects of power themselves. For example this one is larger on the inside than the outside so that objects larger than the cache container can be stored. Please note this does not work with normal caches although some folks clearly think it does.
