O Parque Estadual dos Três Picos é a maior Unidade de Conservação do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. O mesmo está distribuído ao longo dos municípios de Cachoeiras de Macacu, Nova Friburgo, Teresópolis, Guapimirim e Silva Jardim. Por ter sua maior área em região de montanha, o Parque abriga uma grande quantidade de nascentes, corredeiras, cachoeiras e constituiu-se um reduto exuberante de flora e fauna no coração do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Em cada cache dessa Trail, você terá oportunidade de conhecer uma espécie vegetal, animal, aspectos geomorfológicos, registros históricos e beleza cênica, todos diretamente relacionados ao Parque.

A Cachoeira Sete Quedas
São cerca de 35 metros de quedas d´'água subsequentes. A área é um bom local para contemplação da natureza e refrescar-se em dias quentes. Cercada pela Mata Atlântica, esse local traz a renovação das energias, fugindo do stress do cotidiano.

The Três Picos State Park is the largest Conservation Unit in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The same is distributed throughout the municipalities of Cachoeiras de Macacu, Nova Friburgo, Teresópolis, Guapimirim and Silva Jardim. Due to its greater area in a mountainous region, the Park is home to a great number of springs, rapids, waterfalls and was an exuberant redoubt of flora and fauna in the heart of the State of Rio de Janeiro. In each cache of this trail, you will have the opportunity to know a species of plant, animal, geomorphological aspects, historical records and scenic beauty, all directly related to the Park.

The Seven Falls Waterfall
There are about 35 meters of subsequent waterfalls. The area is a good spot for contemplating nature and cooling off on hot days. Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, this place brings the renewal of energies, avoiding the stress of daily life.
