This series began at the Historical Marker of Juan Seguin whom this town is named for. Though named after him, he did not die here. In 1976, the citizens of Seguin had him re-interred here. Originally his remains were placed on one of the highest spots in the town to overlook the Guadalupe River. Difficult to see the river now, but still a great hidden spot. This park is a memorial to the inspiration of these caches. While here, take time to hike up and down the hill (or mountain as some call it in this here town). read the names on the brick by the flagpoles or simply enjoy the view. The location is easily accessible day and night . TOTT may be necessary if previous cacher tightened it down too tight. This is an ideal cache for a travel bug hotel. Please feel free to let any bug you might be carrying around to spend some time and find another traveler.
