barefootjeff: The cache was still there, but in light of growing safety concerns I've removed it and archived the listing. Firstly there was last December's rockfall that buried the original container and could've easily come down on top of a seeker, or me for that matter when I'd been doing my cache check just prior to the fall, and now evidence of fresh rockfalls on the approach to GZ from the south.
On top of that, last week's changes to the app that hide all but the first few words of the description, all but the first attribute and give no indication of the presence of parking or trackhead waypoints, along with instructions for traditionals to just navigate to GZ and only look at the details if you get stuck, made this cache untenable. At a glance, one could think that the best approach is from Fairscene Crescent or Ascot Avenue, with a "bit of a T3 scramble down to GZ", when in fact there's a 40 metre cliff in the way, with this reinforced by the app's driving directions which point to the corner of Ascot Avenue and Avoca Drive as the starting point.
Thanks to everyone who made the journey and posted their fantastic logs, and thanks too for the FPs - please feel free to take them back if you want to reward other great caches, and sorry to anyone who'd been thinking of doing this one but missed out.
