In the fall of 2016, a group of girls (that's us!) were part of the "Adventure Sports Club." Our after-school program explored the East Bay Regional Park District through field trips each week. We visited lots of different parks with a naturalist, including walking around Lake Temescal Regional Recreation Area (and checking out the "hidden graffiti wall"), finding the ladybugs at Redwood Regional Park, exploring the mudflats at Crab Cove along Robert W. Crown Memorial State Beach, canoeing at Martin Luther King, Jr. Regional Shoreline, and now geocaching here at Anthony Chabot Regional Park.
We have gotten to explore the East Bay Regional Park District and wanted to put out a geocache so the community that visits the parks has something new to discover. This spot is a nice, shady resting spot on a trail often shared with cows. Enjoy the view and exploring this park with lots of other fun caches we found! There is a FTF coin, and a few travel bugs!
We are proud to be part of the Adventure Sports Club, and a group of strong, smart and bold young women!
