The Artic museum of Nanoq in Finland is situated in Fäboda about 7 km from Jakobstad. Nanoq fits perfectly into the natural surroundings, following the seasonal changes like the old houses in northern Greenland.
This arctic museum is not only attribute to the culture of the last indigenous Arctic peoples, but also serves as a centre of information about the Arctic attracting visitors from all over the world.
