Geocache Description:

The end of Steveston Highway along the dyke was the site of an army base during World War II. The 58th Battery, 15th Regiment, patrolled these areas and guarded the mouth of the Fraser River.

This is a micro container hidden from plain view. Bring a pencil.

Please note geocaching guidelines: Geocache placements do NOT damage, deface or destroy public or private property. Caches are placed so that the surrounding environment, whether natural or human-made, is safe from intentional or unintentional harm. Property must not be damaged or altered to provide a hiding place, clue, or means of logging a find. The only exception is when caches are placed with permission by the property owner. The City of Richmond GeoTour caches are all placed or installed with permission from the City of Richmond.
