Figgy Moon (NFC) This was my first cache with an NFC tag (near field communication) attached. Some mobile phones ie android can read NFC tags but others are unable to (Iphone does not) this is still an ordinary geocache and NFC capability is NOT required to log the cache. If you do have NFC though, enable it on your phone and then touch the back of your phone to the lid of the container.
I often passed by this footpath driving down Shurdington Road on the way to work and wondered where it led to and if it would be a good place for a cache. I also had some NFC tags lying around in a drawer so as an experiment I incorporated one of them into the cache container. You are looking for a small cylindrical container just large enough to hold very small items of swag and log sheet. NOTE: THE NFC TAG ON THIS CACHE HAS BEEN TAKEN BY SOMEONE SO ITS NOW JUST AN ORDINARY STANDARD CACHE (16/08/17)
