Die Lengarica-Schlucht ist eine äußerst schmale Klamm, rund vier Kilometer lang und bis zu 100 Meter tief. An ihrer engsten Stelle hat sie auf Wasserspiegelhöhe bei Niedrigwasser knapp 3 Meter Breite. In der Schlucht gibt es mehrere Höhlen. In einer fanden sich Spuren prähistorischer Bewohner aus der Kupfersteinzeit, aber auch Illyrer haben sie noch genutzt. Die Schlucht lässt sich bei idealen Wasserverhältnissen im Frühjahr mit Kanus befahren. Im Sommer bei Niedrigwasser kann die Schlucht auch durchwatet werden. > Direkt unterhalb der Schlucht befinden sich die Thermalquellen von Bënja Benja. Diese besuchten jährlich rund 30.000 in- und ausländische Besucher. Zu Beginn der Saison, bauen Einheimische Stein und Lemwände um die Teiche, sodass während der Sommer Tausende von Menschen eine Heilung für Krankheiten der Haut, Knochen, Magen und Rheuma hier zu finden suchen . Vor den 90er Jahren gab es hier ein Wellnesshotel mit 40 Betten, in denen unter der Kontrolle der Ärzte Patienten die verschiedenen Anwendungen in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Heute gibt es um das Gebiet herum einige kleine Hotels und Restaurants, die es möglich machen, Besucher aufzunehmen, die diese heißen Quellen besuchen .
The Lengarica Gorge is an extremely narrow gorge, about four kilometers long and up to 100 meters deep. At its narrowest point, it has a width of 3 meters at low water level.
