Rheinfall
Heute geht es zu einer Top-Sehenswürdigkeit, zum Rheinfall in Schaffhausen. Gemäss Wikipedia einer der drei grössten Wasserfälle in Europa. Nehmt Euch die Zeit, um dieses Naturschauspiel in aller Ruhe zu betrachten. Wer Lust hat, kann sogar mit dem Boot zum grossen Felsen mitten im Rheinfall fahren.
Von 11:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr brennt in der Nähe der Ankerkoordinaten das Feuer, und es besteht die Möglichkeit, mitgebrachtes Grillgut auf einem kleinen Grill zuzubereiten. Hier treffen wir uns, um von unseren Erlebnissen der Woche zu berichten sowie TBs und Coins zu tauschen. Das Logbuch liegt ebenfalls von 11:00 – 13:00 Uhr bereit.
Wir empfehlen Euch, auf der südlichen Rheinseite zu parken, da dort gemäss Infos auf der Webseite keine Parkgebühren eingezogen werden. Von dort kann man auf dem Rheinweg über die Eisenbahnbrücke auf die Nordseite spazieren. Diesen Weg geht ihr ohnehin, um den Earthcache „Voll der Rheinfall!“ zu absolvieren.
Today we show you a top tourism destination, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. According to Wikipedia one of the three largest waterfalls in Europe. Take the time to look at this natural spectacle. If you like, you can even go by boat to the big rock in the middle of the Rhine Falls.
From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm a fire is burning next to the anchor coordinates and there is the possibility to prepare a barbecue on a small grill. Here we meet to share our experiences of the week or exchange TBs and coins. The logbook is also available from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
We recommend you to park on the southern side of the Rhine, because there is no parking fees according to the information on the website. From there you can stroll over the railway bridge to the north side. This is the same way, when you like to complete the earth cache "Voll der Rheinfall!"
Stein am Rhein
Ansonsten ist Schaffhausen mit dem Munot und der schönen Altstadt ebenfalls ein Besuch wert. Nicht zu vergessen das schöne Städtchen Stein am Rhein mit der Burg Hohenklingen.
Besides that, we recommend you to visit Schaffhausen with the Munot and the beautiful old town, and do not forget to visit the beautiful town of Stein am Rhein with the castle Hohenklingen.
