Registration:

TO REGISTER: Log a "WILL ATTEND" on this cache page. Then, you must also SIGN IN at Regner Park on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning during the event to sign the official log book.

Drawstring goody bags with coupons, city information, and various contest entry forms will be available on a first come, first serve basis at Regner Park along with the Official Cache Ba$h Booklet and Playing Card. Registered teams will also receive a Cash Prize Raffle Ticket for each member of the team that is present at check-in. The raffle is on Saturday, August 12, at 6:00pm. You must be present to win.

What is there to do at the Ba$h?
West Bend Geotour This series of 20 geocaches highlights the best of West Bend, showing you some of its historical, cultural, and recreational places of interest. Complete the Passport to earn a unique geocoin. To learn more, follow this link . We can also send the cache coordinates to your device at the park, and you can receive your coin upon completion. Available all year.
$1000 Cash Prize Drawing
Every registered person who signs in at Regner Park automatically gets a raffle ticket. Be sure to place your Cache Prize Ticket in the correct marked Raffle Barrel!
1st prize=$500, 2nd=$250, 3rd=$100, 4th=$100, 5th=$50. Must be present to win.
General Prize Drawing Prizes include geocoins, cache containers, Prime membership, gift certificates, and more. Each registered team can earn raffle tickets by finding our 66 geocaches, playing geo-bingo, or playing other official games. Must be present to win.
CACHE WARS Competition! 10 of the 66 Caches are part of CACHE WARS, a competition between the Rebel Alliance and the Dark Forces of the Empire. Who will win!? Geocachers from the area have been working hard to create gadget caches or creative-themed caches for YOU to vote on. A special poker chip inside your Goody Bag is your voting tool to decide who has the best geocache. Save your Chip and Vote on Saturday. Find all 10 and get an extra raffle ticket! (Don't forget to award your favorite caches throughout the Cache Ba$h with geocaching favorite points!)
Cache Ba$h Geocoin for Sale A limited edition 2017 West Bend Cache Ba$h Geocoin will be sold on a first come, first served basis at Regner park. Some 2016 coins are also available. Credit cards are now accepted!
Geocaching Classes! Introduction to Geocaching will teach you the basic of geocaching and how to sign up and find geocaches using a GPSr or a Smartphone. Intermediate classes will also be taught for those interested in further topics (trackables, GSAK & pocket queries, etc)
Lab Caches There will be special Night Lab Caches only available for 2 NIGHTS during our event! Bring a flashlight and perhaps a Blacklight to search for these caches after dusk. Watch this cache page for a link to these caches.
Cache Ba$h Souvenir Earn a Virtual Souvenir on your Geocaching profile by logging an 'Attended' Log on Aug 12. (It MUST be logged on the 12th to earn the souvenir)

Geo-bingo Find teams that match squares on your bingo card (found in your goody bag) to earn a raffle ticket for the General Prize Drawing
Children's activities A Bounce House will be available at the park all day on Saturday!
Free pool and splash pad pass Participants will have free use of the pool and splash pad for one day of their choice at Regner Park thanks to West Bend Parks Department (coupons in goody bag)
Geocoin and Travel Bug Exchange There will be a specified place and time to exchange trackable items. See the schedule for drop off and pick up times. There will also be a class about trackables to learn how these items work.
Wisconsin Geocaching Association booth Stop by to learn about the WGA and play some bonus fun games!
Vendors There will be a variety of geocaching vendors and educators at the event. Food vendors will not be present, but West Bend has many delicious restaurants. Ask a committee member for recommendations.
Chicago Podcasters Listen to your favorite Chicago Podcasters, Walt and Scott, as they air live at the Ba$h.
Sunday Pancake Breakfast Sunday All-you-can eat Pancake Breakfast at Regner Park - by Wisconsin Geocaching Association. Plus more fun games. See schedule below for details.

Attention Dog Owners! According to West Bend ordinance, pets are not allowed in city parks, including Regner Park. West Bend has an off-leash dog park: “Rolf’s Park” is comprised of 10 fenced-in acres and is only 5 minutes from Regner Park...Cache Ba$h Headquarters!

As an attendee of our event, you may use Rolf’s Park at no charge. Here are the coordinates: N43 24.329 W088 12.115
