This cache is located at Dubai Marina which is a canal city carved along a two mile (3 km) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. It is a popular area to chill out, dine, carry out some retail therapy, all with access to the sand, sea, and marina.
Ground zero is at a small green space nestled amongst the buildings here. It is usually muggle free and slightly secluded. GPS readings may jump around as there are many tall buildings around so: (i) use Google Maps (or your favourite web mapping service) in Earth view with the coordinates provided, (ii) there is a 24H convenience store just beside it, (iii) there is a bus stop right in front, and (iv) it is easily accessible from the JBR2 tram stop.
