Itabashi Green Hall 板橋区立グリーンホール Traditional Cache

The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen`s Day.

On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established.

We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache,

along with many other caches, all over our city.

Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

I was hidden in Itabashi Green　Hall.

Please be careful because there are many muggle.

Please bring a pen.
