The cache is NOT at the published coordinates, although you will have to visit them to gather some information to find the actual location of the cache.

Go to the published coordinates and look at both the left hand side and right hand side of the memorial. There is a date on both sides written in big writing. ABCD = date on the left. EFGH = date on the right.
