I have noticed this marker from time to time and often wondered, "Who was Tierney?" I was not able to find a lot of infomation. As I do find more information, I will edit this cache page.
Colonel Laurence Edward Tierney was a coal mine owner/operator who also seemed to have been fairly wealthy in this area. Records show he owned at least two coal mines in the Stone area from 1914 to 1928 and the second one from 1914 to 1936, both employing 300 men. That being said, he also owned a fair amount of land, including the area where this building was erected.
There is a hollow in Stone that is called Tierney Hollow. The locals pronounce the name as "Turnee".

The final is located at N 37 3A.BCD W 082 16.EFG.
1. The coordinates take you to a marker located in the ground, however to solve for A, turn around and you will see information that is adhered to the glass by the door. Use the last number for A.
2. Now look at the marker in the ground. Count the number of Tierneys plus 1equals B.
3. As you are looking at the marker in the ground, count the number of words on line 3, add 2 equals C.
4. Looking at the glass signage, use the first number after Saturday minus 1equals D.
5. The number of times you see Colonel equals E.
6. Add the number of times you see Edward and Clark, then add 2 equals F.
7. Add the number of times you see Jr. plus 6 equals G.
