Geocache Description:

This series will take you along the bluff from Sussex Corner water tower to Adair Rd eventually. This is a nice hike along a very scenic trail with views overlooking Dutch Valley with Poley ski hill in the background and Sussex to the right. It consists of winding paths, not too steep hills, fairly good footing, although rocks can be slippery when wet, often used by mountain bicycles. Please yield to them.

Several paths run parallel to each other. The ridge one, at times is dangerously close to the edge, but a safer one is only usually 6 or 7 feet in. Well worth stopping at the outcrops and enjoying the views. FALL  is always the nicest  time to hike this, although almost any day you will meet people in here. Most caches are not winter friendly, it can get quite treacherous up here in winter.

This is a high muggle trail, as in the past many caches have disappeared on this trail. In fact while placing this, 4 small groups of 2-3 people went by. I just froze and they passed without noticing me. So please keep this in mind so this series can survive.

I would like to see this series to last, to entice new cachers to the beauty of this trail and encourage others to return, just to enjoy the hike and views. There are 19 caches in this series.

Parking is at Sussex Corner water tower is N45 42.447 W065 27.682. Total distance from water tower parking is 5km to No Bluffing # 18 GC6QCJT  which is 10km return. Some will park a second car at #18 GC6QCJT and therefore only hike one way.

In general #0 is a park and grab at the start, #1 through to #9 has a lot of hikers and mountain bikes, #10  to #13 mostly mountain bikes, #13 to #17 mostly ATVs and some mountain bikes.finally  #18 is on a dirt road. Non of this trail goes through any wetlands, only puddles are on atv trails and are easily walked around. Road at #18 may NOT be passable in spring when frost is coming out.

Please return all caches to their original spot, bring your own pen.If you think one is missing, email me, you should be able to find its spot, even if missing.
