Někdo spěchá, aby keš nalezl první, někdo hledá keše s velkou popularitou a jiný takové, ke kterým je třeba speciální vybavení. K tomu všemu rozlišení se používají různé filtry zaměřené na atributy, favorit pointy, měřiče velikosti terénu nebo obtížnosti luštění a mnoho dalších. Jednou z těchto specifických aktivit jsou i geotrofeje.
Na tomto serveru se tak můžete dozvědět, která z uložených krabiček je ta nejstarší, nejnižší, nejvyšší nebo vzdálenostně nejdál v kterémkoliv státu v Evropě s ohledem na světové strany. Tento ozbrojený konflikt začal útokem jížanských jednotek na federální pevnost Fort Sumter u Charlestonu 12. dubna 186A a skončil za necelé čtyři roky. V čele spojených států amerických byl tehdy Abraham Lincoln, kandidát Republikánské strany, který zvítězil v prezidentských volbách v roce 18BC. Pro Lincolna bylo prvořadé udržet jednotu Unie a nikoli zrušit otroctví v zemích, kde bylo zavedeno. Na výhru republikánů a jeho zvolení však zareagovala Jižní Karolína a 20. prosince vystoupila z Unie. Následovalo ji několik dalších ještě před inaugurací Lincolna a společně utvořily Konfederované státy americké. Ty měly vlastní ústavu a za prezidenta si zvolily Jeffersona Davise. Celkový počet států můžeš dosadit jako D. Hlavním městem bylo Montgomery v Alabamě a později Richmond ve Virginii. Po útoku na Fort Sumter vyhlásily svou nezávislost další čtyři státy. Mezi nimi byla i Severní Karolína, která tak učinila 2E. května 1861.
Otrokářství v jižních zemích však nebylo úplně tím hlavním důvodem války. V Unii (Sever) stále zůstávaly otrokářské státy jako Maryland, Kentucky, Delaware či Missouri. Z počátku měli Jižané ve válce navrch a to i přesto, že Sever měl k dispozici větší kapitál, rozvinutější průmysl nebo suroviny a zbraně. Severu totiž chyběli vojenští velitelé. Zkušení důstojníci pocházeli povětšinou z Jihu a proto odešli do konfederačních sil. Navíc Jih nemusel útočit. Stačilo mu jen opevnit svá území a bránit tím i své názory a konfederační ústavu. Z tohoto důvodu se snažili agenti Unie naverbovat velitele z Evropy.
Sbor Konfederační armády byl povinně tvořen odvodem pouze z bílých mužů ve věku F6-28 let. Měli však k dispozici další tisíce otroků v nevojenských funkcích, jako dělníci, kuchaři, zvědové atd. Vrchním velitelem byl generál Robert Edward Lee narozený 19. ledna 18G7 ve Virginii. I když tedy pocházel z Jihu, původně bojoval na druhé straně fronty. Byl totiž oblíbencem vrchního velitele armády Unie, generála Winfielda Scotta. Měl dokonce takovou důvěru, že získal plány, jak hodlá Unie postupovat proti vojskům Konfederace. Když padl Fort Sumter, Lee odmítl nabídku na nejvyšší velitelský post Unie a za dva dny odešel ze služeb armády. 23. dubna 1861 převzal velení vojsk Konfederace a to byl teprve pro velitelství Severu šok.
Ve Spojených státech žilo v období války Severu proti Jihu přibližně 23 tisíc českých rodáků. Tito přistěhovalci ovšem žili v severních státech a tak mladíci bojovali za Unii. I přes tento vysoký počet nevznikla žádná ucelená česká jednotka. Nejpočetnější skupinou tak zůstává 36 mužů bojující v řadách 2H wisconsinského dobrovolnického pěšího pluku. Nechyběli však ani u většiny významných bitev. Mnozí dosáhli důstojnických hodností, např. Adolf Chládek, původem z Rokycan, dosáhl hodnost poručíka. Nejvýše oceněným byl pak podplukovník Antonín Pokorný narozen v Jindřichově Hradci.
Bojovalo se nejen na souši, ale dokonce i na vodě. I7. února 1864 bylo provedeno vůbec první potopení lodě ponorkou. Jížanská "Hunley" si v nočních hodinách připevnila na ráhno výbušninu a zapíchla ho do trupu lodi USS Housatonic. Při couvání pak lanem spustila explozi. Loď se potopila během 5ti minut. Lano však bylo krátké a exploze tak mohutná, že se poškodila i ponorka. Ta se pak při návratu k pobřeží potopila a zahynulo v ní všech osm členů posádky. Postupem času však Sever získával zkušenosti a protože měl vyspělejší vojenský průmysl nakonec ve válce zvítězil. Závěrečné boje pak proběhly ve Virginii na řece Appomattox. 9. dubna 1865 pak nedaleko ve zděném domku farmářské rodiny McCleanových podepsal poražený generál Lee kapitulační listinu. 12. dubna pak složila jeho armáda zbraně. Dohrou konce války se však stal atentát spáchaný o dva dny později na Abrahama Lincolna ve Fordově divadle. Vrahem byl bývalý herec tohoto divadla John Wilkes Booth (narozen 1J. května 1838), člen spikleneckého hnutí sympatizující s Jihem. K definitivní kapitulaci všech jižanských vojsk došlo až 26. 5. 1865, kdy byla v Trans-Mississippi uzavřena dohoda o definitivním ukončení organizovaného vojenského odporu s účinností od 2. 6. 1865.

Geocaching is besides other things amazing in a way, that everyone finds in it what he wants. Someone rushes to be the first finding a cache, somebody else looks for caches with great popularity and another people look for these ones which require special equipment. To distinguish all that points, different filters for attributes, favorite points, terrain size or deciphering difficulty and many others are used. One of these specific activities are also geotrophies.
On this server you can find out, which of the founded boxes is the the oldest, the lowest, the highest, or in the furthest distance in any country in Europe considering the world directions. Thanks to this cache you can now take a look at the same labeled places on a smaller scale. Well, in our landscape, in the district Prostějov.

When the North fights the South and the land goes to war...
These are first words of Czech song from Michal Tucny. To get the final coordinates, you will have to search for some information from the era of this American civil war.
This armed conflict started by an attack of south units on the federal company Fort Sumter near Charlestone on April 12th, 186A and ended in four years. At that point in time, Abraham Lincoln was the president of the United States. He was a candidate of the Republican Party and he won the president elections in year 18BC. Lincoln’s priority was to keep the unity of the Union and not to stop slavery in states where it was already introduced. However, North Carolina reacted to the victory of republicans by leaving the Union on December 20th. A few other states followed before Lincoln’s inauguration and together, they formed the Confederate States of America. They had their own constitution and they elected Jefferson Davis as their president. The total number of states is value D. The capital city was Montgomery in Alabama and later Richmond in Virginia. After the attack on Fort Sumter, four states declared their independence. North Carolina was one of them, declaring independence on May 2E, 1861.
The slavery in southern states was not really the main reason for the war. Slavery states like Maryland, Kentucky, Delaware or Missouri remained still remained in the Union (North). At first, the South was winning the war despite the fact that north had a bigger capital, more developed industry, resources and weapons. The North was missing military commanders. Experienced officers came from the South and so they joined the confederation forces. Also, the South didn’t have to attack. All it had to do was fortify its territory and defend their opinions and constitution. This is the reason why the Union agents tried to recruit commanders from Europe.
The confederation army was formed only from white men of the age between F6-28 years, this was compulsory. Thousands of slaves were also employed as builders, chefs, spies etc. Robert Edward Lee, born on January 19th, 18G7 in Virginia was the Chief Commander. Even though he came from the South, he had used to fight for the North. He was the favorite of Winfield Scott, the Chief Commander of the Union army. He was trusted so much that he even received the plans on how the Union will attack the Confederation army. When Fort Sumter fell, Lee declined the offer for the highest commander post of the Union and two days later, he left the army. On April 23rd, 1861, he took over the Confederation armies, which was a great shock for the North headquarters.
About 23 thousand Czech natives lived in the United States during the South against North war. However, these immigrants lived in the Northern states and so they fought for the Union. Despite the high number, no comprehensive Czech unit was formed. The most numerous unit was 36 men fighting for the 2H Wisconsin voluntary infantry regiment. However, they didn’t miss most of the more important battles. Many of them received officer rankings, for example Adolf Chládek from Rokycany received the lieutenant rank. The highest ranking was given to lieutenant colonel Antonín Pokorný from Jindřichův Hradec. .
The wars weren’t happening only on land, but also in water. On February I7, 1864, the first ship was sunk by a submarine. The southern „Hunley“ attached an explosive to its yard and sticked it into the hull of USS Housatonic. Then, it set off the explosive by a rope while receding. But the rope was short and the explosion was so intensive that even the submarine got damaged. While returning to the shore, it sank and all of the eight members onboard were killed. As time went, the North was gaining more experience and because it had a more developed military industry, it won the war. The final fights took place in Virginia at the river Appomattox. On April 9th, 1865, the defeated general Lee signed the surrender list in the house of the farmer family of McClean. On April 12th, the army stopped fighting.. The war was finally over by an assassination of Abraham Lincoln in Ford theatre two days later. The assassination was performed by an actor of this theatre John Wilkes Booth (born on May 1J, 1838), a member of the conspiratorial movement against the North. The definitive capitulation of all of the southern army happened on May 26th, 1865, when an agreement on the definitive termination of an organized military resistance was signed in Trans-Mississippi.
