The coordinates will lead you to the Solitary Bee Hotel and an interpretive sign. Here you will be able to find the clues to help you decipher the location of the final cache. Please DO NOT touch the Bee Hotel!
Final Cache Coordinates: N 53 51._ _ _ W 113 34._ _ _
-The first and last blank numbers are the same: the # of letters in the first half of the Bee Hotel Name (excluding the apostrophe)
-The second blank number is the # of pieces of wood that are not round logs in the bee hotel (You do not need to touch the bee hotel to count the blocks!)
-The third blank number is the # of Edmonton and Area Land Trust logos on the interpretive sign
-The fourth blank number is the number of insects that are pollinators listed on the sign
-The fifth blank number is the # of pictures of a bee on the sign
There you have the coordinates you need to find the geocache container! Make sure to follow the loop trail to ground zero and search from there.
To unlock the padlock, enter a 3 letter pollinator.
Follow the loop trail through the forest to find all four caches in this old growth forest. Please stay on the designated trails until you near the location of each cache. The cache will not be far from the trail, but will be tricky to find! This trail is sometimes flooded in the spring - so bring your rubber boots in the spring!
