A church micro puzzle Mystery Cache

The Primitive methodist chapel in Oving is now a private residence and therefore cannot have a church micro so I have devised a puzzle based on the series. 

At the time of writing there were over 9750 church micro caches in the UK. Looking for these has taken me to some beautiful churches and lovely places.
