Your mission if you choose to accept it is to successfully navigate through my maze.  The problem there in lies that the walls are invisible.

It's really hard to give an accurate time and distance because it really depends on how good you are at making your way through mazes.

The posted coordinates take you to a parking lot where you may start you journey.
