Come one, come all! It's time for the annual summer event for geocachers. We will be arriving about 9:30 to set up and get the grill warming. The event will begin at 11:00. Arnold City Park offers restrooms, fishing, trails, bbq grills, a playground and, of course, caches to be found.
This is a potluck event, so bring your own meat, your favorite side dishes, desserts and drinks to share with you fellow cachers. SLAGA provides the charcoal, paper plates and napkins, plastic utensils as well as normal picnic items. If you feel something else is needed, please feel free to bring it along to share.
This is also a true meet and greet, so there are no awards or planned activities, unless someone would like to volunteer to take on a game, a silent auction or a travel bug table. I will introduce a new, very low maintenance "contest" just for fun.
I look forward to seeing logs that you will attend, what dish you will bring, and if you would like to volunteer to help set up. I will keep this updated on the site to help others with their decisions.
