Easy hike from Korensko Sedlo (Wurzenpass), approximately 1,5 h in each direction.
Just follow the marks of the Austrian long distance trail No 03 ("Südalpenweg") eastbound. Kamnati Vrh is one of the less known (and less frequently visited) summits on the western end of the Karavanke. While the summit plate (there is no cross) is to be found on Austrian soil, the cache is not - although the box is hidden only a few meters away.
