A Cache in the Beach Admiral Series

Please solve the following puzzle to find the cache.
Enjoy a beautiful and fascinating piece of art in downtown Cannon Beach and answer some easy questions about it to solve this puzzle.
To start, visit the posted coordinates and locate the artwork. If you rely on reading glasses, you might find a use for them!
Note that the artwork is divided into eight panels. Consider them Panel 1 through Panel 8, starting on the left. It's easy to see the breaks between panels since they occur on the vertical wood posts.
To solve the puzzle, answer the following 10 questions to assign values for A through J:
A = The number of the panel in which you see two woodpeckers.
B = The number of fish in Panel 8.
C = The number of cups on the table below the cigar-smoking fish.
D = The last two digits of the Merchant Code below "HIPPIES".
E = The number of letters in the city name appearing above the reference to a Star Wars character.

F = The number of horses in the group on the beach.
G = The number of people in the group that includes an "I ♥ OR" lunch sack (not counting Red Shirt Kid to the left).
H = The pink snake near the purple crocodile is wearing:
A sombrero (H = 22)
A green tube sock (H = 51)
An Uncle Sam hat (H = 40)
An orange backpack (H = 19)
I = The number of birds perched on the power lines (not counting the big one sitting on the pole).
J = The number of the panel in which an owl (a real one, not a kite) can be easily identified.
