La playa fluvial de Tapia se encuentra a 15 km del centro de Santiago. Está ubicada dentro de un área recreativa que tiene unas instalaciones muy completas, incluyendo puesto de socorrista y chiringuito. Es un lugar genial para pasar las tardes de verano con amigos o con la familia.
Para los más valientes que se atrevan a probar las frescas aguas del río Tambre, hay dos zonas de baño, una con escaleras de acceso y otra de arena, donde el agua no cubre. También hay un club de piragüismo.
Para los que no se atrevan a bañarse y los que se acercan en los meses menos cálidos, tiene amplias zonas de césped donde estirar la toalla, jugar a pelota, hacer un picnic... Y para los que quieran explorar, hay un pequeño edificio histórico, un antiguo molino reconstruido, donde se esconde este caché.
CACHE
El cache es muy pequeño, pero caben objetos de reducidas dimensiones. Para asegurar que puedas dejar constancia de tu paso, trae tu boli o lapiz para firmar el libro de visitas. Cuidado con los muggles que puede haber, especialmente en verano. En época de lluvias es posible que sea necesario mojarse los pies para acceder al caché.
Cómo llegar
Desde Santiago, por la autovía AG-56, coger la salida 7 "Bertamiráns norte, Negreira, Ames" y en la rotonda tomar la primera salida siguiendo la carretera CP-0203, hasta el desvío a la izquierda tomando la carretera AC-453. Después de Aguapesada, un desvío la izquierda indica ‘Playa Fluvial de Tapia’ (a partir de aquí ya está claramente indicado).

The river beach of Tapia is 15 km from the center of Santiago. It is located in a recreational area that has convenient facilities, including lifeguard post and a bar. It is a great place to spend summer evenings with friends or family.
For the brave ones who dare to try the fresh waters of the Tambre river, there are two bathing areas, one with access stairs and another with sand where the water does not cover. There is also a canoeing club.
For those who do not dare to swim and those who come in the less warm months, there are spacious lawns where to lay, chill, play ball, picnic ... And for those who want to explore, there is a small historical building, an old reconstructed mill, where the cache is hidden.
CACHE
The cache is quite small, but small objects can fit in it. Bring your own pen or pencil to sign the logbook. Beware of muggles around, specially in summertime. In the rainy season you may have to get your feet wet to access the cache.
How to get there
From Santiago, in the AG-56 motorway, take exit 7 "Bertamiráns norte, Negreira, Ames" and at the roundabout take the first exit along the CP-0203 road to the turnoff to the left taking the AC-453 road. After Aguapesada, a detour to the left indicates 'Playa Fluvial de Tapia' (from here is already clearly indicated).
